Celebrating and promoting longevity of the Park City Community at Founders Place

The Founders Place Community Benefit Foundation was established in 2022 to support housing affordability and social welfare in Park City, Utah. Initially, the Foundation’s funding will be allocated to Park City Municipal Corporation’s Affordable Housing Fund, which the City will use to benefit affordable housing projects and programs within the community. The Foundation will partially support these City-directed initiatives through the end of 2040.

The Foundation will continue to operate exclusively to support a wide array of organizations, projects, and programs addressing the critical challenges within the Park City community through funding from a one-half of one percent (0.5%) benefit assessment on real estate sales within Founders Place.
